I'm tired.

We can't support Muslim Betterment if we refuse to recognise Muslim Excellence.

Muslims are already doing amazing things in every corner of the world.

But we act like Muslims are useless.

I get it.

You’re angry about what you see in the news.

And practically everyone and their mother is offering reactive ideas for how to deal with it.

A lot of which seems to centre around blaming Muslims for what others do to Muslims.

Sounds dumb to say it out loud, but here we are.

How can you call for unity when you hate fellow Muslims?

Worse… do you even know them?

THEM. The Muslims. Globally.

Of course not.

Neither do I.

So how can any of us make these grand statements?

I’m telling you this is engineered.

I don’t yet know how… but I’m going to prove it:

Muslims are taught to hate Muslims so that we don’t recognise value in each other.

I’ve been working on a few projects behind the scenes to prove just that. My work will hopefully rekindle mutual respect and love for Muslims wherever they are and however they may seem different to you.

But it’s been slow.

And it means I’m sometimes late to post on my newsletter.

So please bear with me.
